How crazy and beautiful it is to truly realize that there are billions of us walking this planet right now, and yet not one of us is exactly the same? I don’t think we’re meant to be just like one another. Instead, we are meant to to carve out our own paths, to learn from our experiences, to create something beautiful, and to inspire others along the way. And, that is my goal. Just as we differ in our experiences, personalities, and life goals, so do our needs and requirements for our nutrition. Hormones, activity levels, athletic backgrounds, and preferences for certain foods all need to be considered when starting a nutrition plan if you want to be successful and to reach your goals. Through many years of experimenting with my own nutrition, I have learned what methods work best for me and how to make it an enjoyable process along the way.
